Thank you for shopping with Redd River Fashions! We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at hello@reddriverfashions.com within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. This right does not apply to custom or personalized items.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or any stains
- In original packaging where applicable
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Intimates, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Start a Return Email us at hello@reddriverfashions.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@reddriverfashions.com with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at hello@reddriverfashions.com.
